Zahid is owner of Cross Border Investment Group. He’s from Milton, ON and has been purchasing investments in USA for over 7 years. He bought his first property in Ohio at only 21 years old. Being a licensed REALTOR® in Ontario and a dual-citizen, he had the knowledge and ability to do majority of the renovations himself. From here, he created a team and started to assist his friends and family acquire cash-flowing assets across the border.
Being a landlord in Ontario as well, Zahid understands the unnecessary stress that comes with having a tenant. Ohio is a landlord friendly state, giving you more control over your property.
